They went out of their way to explain their 6-month service policy, prepared ton of paperwork to show how carefully they inspected the car, BUT: 1) they messed up the clock (adjusted hour digit randomly), 2) they didn't peel of old service sticker or put a new one as a reminder for the next service, 3) they wanted to initially charge 2x more than what a dealer service would, 4) they just "cleaned" the windshield. For the price that matches any dealership service (wash included), this level of service is unacceptable. I have no idea how they got such high reviews online. I give a plus for drop-off/pick-up service, but nothing else. Overpriced and bureaucratic. I don't need a stack of papers, I need a nicely maintained car. My experience has been very negative."
